Andre & Amber Ashford
Andre and Amber have answered the call of God to plant Impact City Church. Together they carry a deep passion to see people experience real transformation spiritually, emotionally, and relationally as they discover life in Jesus and learn to live on mission.
Andre serves as a pastor, teacher, and coach with a heart for helping people grow in purpose, biblical understanding, and personal development. His calling is rooted in equipping everyday people to become disciples who make disciples and helping people live, love, and lead like Jesus everyday. With a vision shaped by both theological depth and cultural awareness, Andre is committed to creating spaces where faith is practical, honest, and transformational.
Amber brings a shepherd’s heart and a strong foundation in mental and emotional health through her work as a therapist. She is deeply passionate about creating environments where people feel seen, safe, and supported as they grow in healing, wholeness, and spiritual maturity. Her approach blends compassion, wisdom, and spiritual insight, helping individuals and families move toward deeper connection with God and one another.
Andre and Amber believe the church is not simply a gathering or an institution but a spiritual family sent into the world to reflect the Kingdom of God. Their shared calling is to engage the community, equip people for growth, and empower others to live out their calling with courage and clarity.
Together, they are the proud parents of three beautiful children Jonyah, Caleb, and Alayna.
Our story
Impact City Church was born out of a deep burden to see people experience authentic transformation through Jesus and discover a faith that shapes everyday life. After years of ministry, leadership development, and walking alongside people in seasons of growth and pain, we sensed God calling us to plant a church in Spartanburg that would feel like family and move like a mission. From the beginning, our heart has been to build a community where people are known, valued, and connected, and where faith is not just talked about but lived out.
At Impact City, we believe the Church is more than a gathering. It is a spiritual family being formed and sent into the city. Our vision is to see lives changed, families restored, and neighborhoods renewed as people encounter the love and truth of Jesus. Whether you are exploring faith for the first time, returning after a long journey, or looking for a place to grow and serve, there is room for you here. We are not a finished product, but we are committed to becoming all God has called us to be together.
